比賽依照傳統拋寶牒方式,讓一群經過特別打扮的參賽者大顯身手,挑戰地深吸力,爭奪鬼馬造型拋寶牒大賽之冠軍,贏取豐富獎金及獎品。
Participants dress up to throw wishing-placards to win huge prizes.
許願節期間,鄉村長者自家種植的農產品,於每個星期六、及日在林村許願廣場售賣。
A dawn market will be open on Saturday and Sunday mornings. Home grown agricultural products are available.
香港許願節2013壓軸節目「客家風情迎元宵晚會」,特別安排於元宵節前夕舉行,大會當晚特設傳統圍村盆菜招待各方友好,更特別邀請梅洲藝術團表演客家傳統文化歌舞,及多位當紅歌手唱歌助慶,讓各人於欣賞精彩表演之同時也可品嚐到傳統的鄉村美食。
In the evening of the Lantern Festival, people can experience the delicious cuisine while enjoying the wonderful Meizhou troupe performances.
按傳統習俗,市民先把願望寫在寶牒上面,然后將寶牒繫上環保桔,誠心許願,再將寶牒拋上許願樹之樹幹。傳說若寶牒沒有從樹上掉下來,即代表其願望可成真。
In accordance with the traditional Wishing-Placards-Throwing custom, people write their wishes on a placard which is tied to an orange. After making a sincere wish, they toss their placard up into the branches of the wishing tree. It was believed that wishes will come true if the placards successfully hung on one of the branches without falling down.
參與大年初一晚新春花車巡遊之花車,將雲集林村許願廣場作公開展覽,巿民和旅客都可近距離欣賞這些佈置得美侖美煥的花車。
All of the decorated floats taking part in the Chinese New Year Parade will be gathered in Lam Tsuen Wishing Square for exhibition. Tourists will get a chance to look closely at these beautiful floats.
流放許願燈是另一項傳統祈福活動。市民將許願燈放在許願池裡隨水運轉,祈求來年事事如意。
One of the worshipping activities in Lam Tsuen is releasing the wishing Lanterns. Based on traditional custom, people write their wishes on the wishing lanterns and then put them into the wishing pool hoping for best fortune in the forth-coming year.
原居民於新春期間都有點燈寓意添丁之習俗,大會首次安排家中有新成員出生的香港巿民及旅客參加點燈儀式,體驗新界傳統點燈活動。
Families are invited to celebrate their new born babies by lighting lanterns in Lam Tsuen.
“新春盆菜”是香港傳統食物,已有數百年歷史。每逢喜慶節日,祠堂開光,新年點丁等等都會舉行盆菜宴來慶祝。盆菜作為客家菜的菜式,是用一個大大的盤子將食物都放到里面,融會出一種特有滋味。今年許願節也不例外,大會將會由農曆新年到元宵其間提供盆菜宴,盆菜價格為港幣$1080起,每日劃分四個時段。另外大年初一 (2月10 日)將會特別只提供齋盆菜宴,有興趣人士歡迎來訂購來臨品嚐盆菜的風味。
“Poon Choi” is a very famous traditional Chinese food. When holidays come,babies which born in Lunar New Year will celebrate with having “Poon Choi”. “Poon Choi” is a recipe which using a huge bowl and put all the food into it. This year will hold a “Poon Choi” dinner from the start to end of the wishing festival. Each “Poon Choi” cost 1080HKD. Beside of the normal “Poon Choi”,there is a special vegetarian “Poon Choi” held on 10th February,welcome every who interest to come to enjoy.






香港許願節為一項最具本土特色的中國傳統節慶活動,每年均吸引數以十萬計本港巿民及世界各地旅客蒞臨大埔林村,感受農曆新年熱鬧氣氛。旅客可以跟香港巿民一起在許願樹前拋寶牒許願,或燃放蓮花燈祈福,盡情體驗這個極具本土特色的新春活動。
Hong Kong Well-Wishing Festival is the most local characteristic Chinese New Year celebration activity. Every year it attracts tens of thousands of local citizens and tourists from all over the world to Lam Tsuen. Tourists can make their wishes by throwing “Wishing-placards " as well as releasing the "Wishing Lanterns" . Tourists can experience the traditional Chinese New Year celebrations at Lam Tsuen.
